Jordy enters a national championship and finishes in fourth place, earning a spot in the GKA World Cup 2019. He also gains the support of “Dream Big,” led by a woman named Amy whom Jordy considers a second mother, and Slingshot, who become his sponsors.
Jordy receives his first equipment from Slingshot, and with the support of his sponsors, his girlfriend Marry, and other companies, he travels to Germany and Spain to make his debut in the GKA World Cup. Although he doesn't achieve great success, the experience is valuable.
With the pandemic still ongoing and a lack of work, Jordy decides to start his own business, Kite Evolution, with the help of his uncle Veris. He opens a kite surfing school to teach others how to kitesurf.
